Meal plans and workouts are somewhat different, depending on the program. However, majority of the programs follow a 40/30/30 type of format where 40 percent of calories are obtained from carbohydrates, 30 percent from proteins, and 30 percent from fats. All the meals given to clients are created by using these nutritional factors.
The program initially requires the clients to use the Beachbody formula to calculate daily calorie intake based on the users weight. By doing this, the experts get to analyze this information and create a meal plan which will fit the clients needs and provide them with food which will lose them weight the fastest.
The programs ensure clients that if one follows the program rules and stays consistent, they can lose up to 15 pounds in 21 days. There are many upsides to this program but the only downside is that it is quite pricey.

These foods can either be delivered straight to your home or you can pick it up at your nearest Jenny Craig weight-loss center. Not only does JC offer meal plans, you can get one-on-one consulting from JC experts either in person or over the phone.
They will help you set goals and will make sure you achieve them! Kind of like your own personal trainer. On top of that, you will weigh-in once a week at home and send your results in or go to a center and do it (whatever you are more comfortable with) and will lose 1-2 pounds.
This program is very effective and is fun to do as you do not feel like you are dieting, however, it is expensive but the results are fast and everlasting. It is a safe and a legit way to lose weight for those who are very serious about it.
